I graduated with my RN degree adding to my LPN license. The college hired me to tutor incoming nursing students, and I was an officer for the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and part of the graduation committee during my schooling. I won a Michigan Academic All-Star award along with multiple scholarships. My strong work ethic has gained me a stellar reputation of being dependable, trustworthy, honest, empathetic, creative, a team player, and goal oriented.My husband and I own the Harsens Island Getaway Resort Bed and Breakfast and the Classic Yacht Charter boat service of a beautifully restored 1964 wooden Egg Harbor on Lake St. Clair.I have worked in the field of Graphic Design from 1993 through 2012. I worked for The Macomb Daily Newspaper and freelanced for magazine and online publications. I have designed corporate ID for many companies, helped create websites, book covers, flyers, wedding/graduation/birthday invitations, along with calendars, posters & signs. My artistic specialties include strong attention to detail/color/clarity and an ability to provide specific customer layout and logo designs that generate attention and revenue.
