I provide support for the Foundation's two diverse grants committees--the first with a focus on climate and social justice, and the second focused on the arts, culture, and historical preservation. I act as liaison to current and future grantees, maintain grants management platform, research grantees and confirm non-profit status, manage grantee reports and proposals, and process all grants. I work closely with the committees, the CEO, and the Board, and share their passion for philanthropy. As office manager I provide administrative and operational support for a busy private office and its clients. This includes records maintenance, provide risk management services, maintain multi-entity calendar system, as well as purchasing and office equipment maintenance.
