Managing communications strategy for the Foundation

Recruited to manage KTEC branding, communication strategy, public relations, legislative communications, event management, website content, publications.

Responsible for recruiting corporate and individual volunteers for community-based organizations,planning and executing major United Way initiatives including Day of Day Caring, VAL Awards, Chirstmas Bureau.

Recruited to analyze, recommend and implement changes to Fulfillment system to enhance client experience. Based on product knowledge and Fulfillment system functionality.

Recruited as Account Executive, promoted to Senior Account Executive and then to Communcations Manager with responsibility for building strong infrastructure team to support four lines of business and corporate communications. Responsible for implementing corporate identity program, communication plans and collateral materials, process improvement.Accomplishments include the automation of regulatory printing and mailing of more than two million pieces annually for three national clients resulting in a cost savings of 15 percent per client. Reduction in annual print budget of $125,000. Development of sales materials and trade show booths for multiple service offerings. Cross-functional initiative to consolidate four tracking systems resulting in a 30 percent increase in efficiency.

Recruited to restructure department, create and implement a system-wide brand identity program. Managed four departments. Developed award-winning print materials and multi-media campaigns, developed community partnerships to position medical center as a community leader, planned highly successful events, managed media relations.
