Efforts garnered 185 volunteers and a substantial increase in malicious emails identified and contained by employee reporting.• Created a process to manage editorial review of 235 monthly reports from four departments that supported invoicing for Accounts Receivable.• Developed and launched web-based intake and publication management tools and processes, called Virtual Office. Virtual Office greatly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the Intake Manager, decreasing the hours spent managing publications by 50% and allowing more time for pursuit of department’s strategic priorities.
