I began my Real Estate administrative career in 1996 with Real Estate II in Springfield Ohio. I became licensed and began working as an assistant to Gary Lookabaugh, owner/broker with Real Estate II in 2002. Later that same year I became the office manager with Roediger Realty and also served as Jim Roediger's personal assistant. In 2014 Roediger Realty joined the national Coldwell Banker brand and I became the office administrator. I was with Roediger/Coldwell Banker for over 16 years when I left to become a full time sales agent with Lagonda Creek Real Estate, a locally owned and operated brokerage here in Springfield Ohio. Throughout the years I was administrative support for many Realtors doing hundreds of transactions, both buying and selling. I witnessed many situations that required thinking outside the box, and creative solutions for various problems. I became familiar with the proper way to write contracts and offers.I acquired knowledge from each transaction that came across my desk. I gained experience although I was not officially a sales agent. Early in 2018 I realized I did not care to be associated with a national chain of Real Estate offices that were based in Dayton and chose to leave and become a Realtor Associate with Lagonda Creek Real Estate. It is very important to me to serve the local market, close to home. I have been a resident of Clark County my entire life and am proud of my knowledge of the area.
