• Led, developed and managed membership and member services staff • Established relationships with current members to seek prospective member referrals as well as companies and organizations in order to develop partnerships and programs to increase the Club's Membership• Identified prospects for membership, and implemented strategies for their cultivation and transition to membership using direct marketing techniques and channels including direct mail, telemarketing and email/online solicitation • Developed and implemented a comprehensive membership development program, including membership recognition programs • Coordinated the production and distributions of new member letters, new members solicitation materials, special events, etc. • Developed and executed the Club's sales objectives, ensured the enrollment process was complete • Implemented and coordinated special events such as educational events, benefit dinners and receptions and other Member prospecting event strategies• Acted as interim Private Events Director• In partnership with the General Manager, focused efforts on member satisfaction through a wide array of tasks including member communications, event planning, programming, and building rapport with the members to insure the highest level of retention on an annual basis
