I am head of our Real Estate, Tax and Elder Bill Pay Departments and oversee all accounting and human resources at the firmCo-Founder of Realty Smart.As Head of the The Heartland Law Firm real estate team, I work directly with clients, attorneys, title officers and real estate agents collaboratively to close a deal and relentlessly advocate for our clients. I intuitively and analytically protect the client while moving the transaction along.I have managed the day to day operations of the law firm, creating systems, including hiring and training new personnel, maintaining HR files, benefits and payroll. I handle the accounting and bookkeeping for the firm including development of our new accounting process.I have worked directly with vendors to ensure the office is running efficiently.I have implemented new software and trained employees to adhere to the change. I have been involved with the development of six sigma, lean, lucid charts, and OneNote to create scorecards to manage the continuous improvement of our firm.I work directly with our marketing team and have developed great relationships with our clients.
