In 1995, joined an owner operator in Dallas, Texas as a Regional Director and supervised properties in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Florida for 10 years. In 2010, co-founded Northstar Group with the CONTI Group to build an in-house management arm to oversee nearly 11,000 units in three cities. Served on the Executive Committee and Leadership Team as a decision maker in asset purchases, and cultivated the company’s culture and core values. The majority of the properties managed under Northstar were sold within a 13-month period ending in May 2022.
