My position began at Loronix, privately owned startup with 19 employees: Beginning in Accounts Payable. After 2 years and accelerated employees/business growth, I began implementing business travel procedures .Later when the company became a publicly traded company, I was designated to create an actual Travel Department overseeing all business travelers, trip coordinators, contract (airline, rental cars, hotels, corporate credit cards, travel agency, strategic reporting etc) - Accomplishments: Implementing internal travel program which included policy controls. This created freedom of choice for the traveler, accurate reporting and 10% minimum cost saving year over year.
