Have been a leader in the cyber and IT space since 1997. My background includes growing many DoD-wide cyber programs from concept to inception across the entire project life cycle. This experience includes a successful track record of identifying and capturing work for my company. Over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology field with qualifications ranging from programming through management of Cyber and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management. Have over 20 years DoD experience and over five in Civilian agencies. Eighteen years of Information Assurance/Cyber Security experience. Customers included US Department of State, civilian corporations/associations, the Royal Australian Navy, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Defense (DISA, DLA, Navy, DoDEA, DARPA). Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and its predecessors. Have sixteen years’ experience supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Performed as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor for Artel’s Quality Management System for eight years. Assist with business development and capture management efforts to include participating in preparing responses to RFPs, SOWs, and RFIs, team reviews and orals. Spent ten years providing leadership for Artel’s Information Assurance Program Management Office (PMO) for the IASSURE IDIQ contract vehicle which consisted of approximately 40 separate task orders. We are extremely successful in both opportunity capture and delivery. Significant experience converting customers from legacy systems to Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-based solutions.
