This application dramatically reduces soap production wastage and provides operations with key data to make timely purchasing decisions.• Built an application utilizing Application Engine Studio and Flow Designer to manage the process flow of residential mortgage loan production. The application implements a detailed workflow that verifies the completion of critical loan tasks before progressing to the next milestone. My current career growth shifted in April 2023 after visiting the ServiceNow Now Learning site. I knew immediately that a career change was in my future and that it would be in the ServiceNow ecosystem.Who would not want at a bare minimum to have better flow, visibility, automation, integration, governance and reporting capabilities? Looking back on my past 30+ years in the labor force in sales, management, and the mortgage industry, ALL of these could certainly have been improved upon.I have been a Certified Mortgage Professional for over 20 years . My goal and mission statement has always been to provide an exemplary, WOW experience to my clients and business partners.I truly look at each new contact from a "relationship" approach. I truly do believe in forming long lasting relationships with my clients, friends, colleagues, and business partners because "relationships matter'. My goal to join the ServiceNow ecosytem doesn't mean I still can't assist my existing clients and referral partners. I have an amazing team that I work with and my ultimate goal is to build a mortgage loan related app using ServiceNow to elevate customer and employee experiences.
