As a technical lead on the myLexia.com team, I spend my time coding new features, refactoring our current LAMP stack application and championing the utilization of current agile development practices The myLexia.com application, built using AngularJS, Kendo UI and Highcharts.js, provides realtime analytic reporting to allow Administrators and educators to evaluate student use, accuracy and performance of the Lexia Learning student applications.

As the technical lead for our frontend development team for more than two years, I've been challenged to continue to drive the implementation of new features and data visualizations utilizing Angular and D3. Recent projects have allowed us to introduce React, Redux and an updated development & build process using Webpack. I continue to feel excited and privileged to work on the TriNetX engineering team.

Using the latest front end technologies (Angular, D3, Browserify, Gulp, Jasmine) I have had the opportunity to help lead our talented team in the design and development of our new saas application. This data intense federated search application will allow pharmaceutical companies to accelerate the clinical trial design and recruitment process.

As part of a small team in the University's IS&T department, I am developing and maintaining single page applications used by the faculty and staff. My most recent project is a budgeting and forecasting application developed using the JavascriptMVC / canJS framework.

Using the emerging family of HTML5 technologies and agile processes, I lead small development teams in the technical design and development of cloud based business applications. Recent projects include a responsive multimedia player that allows users to watch and interact with video presentations (AngularJS, Bootstrap) and a user administration single page application (Backbone / Marionette).

In this fast paced start-up I spent my days developing extensions to our existing RIA / multimedia platform. Working with Flex, Actionscript, PHP, MySQLand multiple, cloud based, APIs kept me challenged while providing many opportunities to learn and use leading edge technologies.

Nimble specializes in computer-based testing, with an emphasis on accessibility and accommodations for students with disabilities and special needs. My responsibilities include on-going development of testing applications delivered on a Flash platform. Development is done in Actionscript, Flex, PHP and MySQL.

I design, develop and maintain various database driven web sites. Activities include consultation with clients to determine needs, presentation of possible designs, selection of technology platform, software development, deployment of final design and continued maintenance of delivered applications and databases. Many different technologies have been used to implement solutions but the majority of projects were completed on the LAMP(Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) platform and included integration with various merchant gateway APIs.

As a founding member of the Application Maintenance Department, maintained and enhanced numerous inter and intra net applications. Daily tasks included design, coding and support of Perl, Java and ASP applications, web server configuration, elimination of browser compatibility issues, and resolution of all application-related bugs. Developed and integrated Perl CGIs to capture and validate user data for a web based Q & A forum that provided 600 remote users the ability to query the home office and receive valuable feedback. Served as a group lead for an Application Maintenance Department comprised of 13 developers. Responsibilities included project assessment, task assignment and follow-up, mentoring and training in a fast paced and changing environment.

Responsible for the strategic planning, development and execution of high mix, low volume lab robotics manufacturing operation to support $62 million in worldwide revenues. Included managing over 90 people in departments such as Software Development, Project Management, Mechanical Design, Production, Materials Planning, Order Administration, Purchasing Manufacturing Engineering and Facilities.Led a business process re-engineering effort that resulted in a 57% reduction in total order cycle-time in less than six months.Performed the requirements analysis then managed the development, implementation and maintenance of the first corporate master schedule, a networked MS Excel workbook used world-wide to achieve a 102% increase in on-time delivery.
