Answer phones for four corporate offices affiliated with MDU, Cascade Natural Gas, Intermountain Gas, Great Plains, and Montana-Dakota Natural Gas. Assist customer with start/stop services, payment plans, and billing issues. Process customer auto pay requests, answer customer account email requests, bill reprints, process account information changes, email confirmation of new landlord accounts.

Represent buyers and sellers in the residential housing market. Interface with title companies for title searches and closings, mortgage companies, inspection companies and other realtors involved in the buying and selling process.

Generate equipment budgets, attend store surveys, generate equipment purchase orders, coordinate deliveries with Project Managers. Interact with Architects, Engineers, Design and Construction to insure store equipment meets SVU criteria. Coordinate with vendors to assure new/remodel construction schedule is met.

Assist Civil Engineers with their projects, assemble project bid packs for upcoming projects. Assist survey department by inputing legal descriptions for client files, research past projects for resurveying. Submit plans of current projects to appropriate city/county offices for approvals.
