This was achieved and the business started expanding exponentially. My role then turned to High Risk Foods when the site expanded into Baby Leaf Salad production in 2003 with Perfection Fresh and became the first Nursery to supply Leaf Salads into McDonalds in Australia. In 2004, Withcott Seedlings was awarded the Premiers Smart Business Award, Telstra Business Awards and the growth continued. My role continued to grow into the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager for six business' as the portfolio grew and the supply chains diversified. In 2008 I accepted a transfer to North Queensland and relocated my family to build and open a remote site for the Nursery with a 400% sales outcome within 6 months at the same time remote monitoring all other sites and building Quality teams to support the growth of the business'.
