A consultant, but in many different aspects. I have recently been in a company where I have sold 15 homes in 90 days,or 12 weeks, more than one home a week. Since we are near the end of the year, the top sales person in the company has sold 28 homes the whole year. So this lends itself to something could be working against the agents or the neighborhood or the management. It is a complex set of issues but very eye opening to those in management who wish to have their employees produce at the highest of levels and make the most they can for the companies.
