Facilitated Callisto project QA status tracking and follow up on issues using JIRA and REDCAP. Callisto provided enterprise cost savings of $5 million a year over the previous vendor solution and removed a 3-month lag time for clinical quality data. • Validated Callisto reconciliation reports of facility metrics including Hospital Visit Count (20 metrics), Length of Stay, and Mortality Rate which empowered Senior Management decision-making.• Audited 135 metrics each month for Vantage Report Metrics which integrates data from multiple data sources and regions in the organization to support Senior Management’s decision-making process.• Change Advisory Board facilitator for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and enterprise data lake (EDL) artifacts into production ensuring readiness of artifacts for deployment and preventing issues in production.• Quality assurance and testing for database migrations from Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) into Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse (CDW) using schemas and achieving faster analytics and higher concurrency.

In addition, accomplished quality assurance and testing of the following: • Genomics / Syapse Precision Medicine Platform delivering cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) for personalized patient genome-driven cancer care and cancer research, serving 40,000 patients. • 3+ phases of Government Programs Application (GPA) for MU (Meaningful Use) eligibility, registration, compliance, and attestation for Providence and affiliate providers, replacing the manual process and generating $57 million incentive revenue for meeting prescribed thresholds for certified EHR (Electronic Health Record) technology objectives. • ETL data pipeline to consolidate data from many sources into one format and one source of truth in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).• ETL data migration from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) into new Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) using Apache HUE SQL Cloud Editor to permit in-the-cloud storage of massive amounts (petabytes) of unstructured and semi-structured data.

Quality assurance and testing 30+ Web Applications and databases for server upgrade permitting department to get off obsolete servers and take advantage of new server features. • Coordinated project and quality assurance and testing to create new Hospice Web Orders medical equipment application to replace manual process thus achieving contracted annual revenue of over $3 million. The web application handled 13 hospice service areas, 169 products, and provided online ordering, order tracking, and reporting. The new web application improved order intake efficiency, internal and external satisfaction with processes, and reduced our organization’s internal costs. Helped users understand and use the new system by writing a 65-page user manual.• Automated testing for new Spine Outcomes Application for desktop and handheld tablets, serving Spine Surgeons and patients in the Portland, Oregon service area. The new application is used to survey spine surgery patients before and after surgery about results to gain an understanding of spine surgery and treatment effectiveness and drive better informed clinician decision-making.
