Currently serving as Career Transition Services director for DOL Job Corps contract including responsibility for serving graduates in the Western PA area (part or all of 31 counties), center Career Transition Readiness and Work Based Learning Programs. Management of 3 departments and 15 FTE's. Compile, reconcile and report performance, goals and progress; facilitate goal attainment through Team performance reviews; department liaison with JC center(s), regional and corporate office(s); hire, supervise, evaluate, monitor and review Career Transition staff; facilitate staff development, trainings and meetings. Develop, revise, submit and monitor processes and procedures. Develop and compose Outreach and Transition plans. Monitor and manage contract budget. Participate as a member of the DOL Regional Workgroup, ResCare ETSG workgroup and corporate assessment team, 2012 and 2015 Job Corps National Office Workgroups. Lead coordinator of annual marketing project. Member of CSD corporate assessment team 2011 and 2012. Guest presenter for DOL Region 2 in 2006, 2008 and 2011.
