Key responsibilities• Develop and enact global content strategy for Twitter SMB (small and medium-sized business)• Build content calendars, and conceive and produce content explaining and promoting Twitter for business across all online channels• Manage and edit the global Twitter Small Business blog• Optimise and repurpose content to drive results and ensure effective use of resourcesDay-to-day responsibilities• Leading numerous content projects, including the production of an extensive B2B marketing ebook for the global market, and material for country-specific campaigns across EMEA• Producing content for business.twitter.com, including core website content, advertising campaign guides, case studies, and videos • Writing, editing and consulting on numerous other projects, including: copy for email campaigns; official Twitter accounts; event invitations and landing pages; webinar slides; and advertising• Producing analytics reports to inform content planning and feed into strategic decision-making• Liaising and collaborating with marketing, media and comms, localisation and sales teams• Devised Twitter for Business online newsroom from scratch, including a phased roadmap with detailed plans for content types, themes and sections targeted at multiple audiences• Advised on content for expansion of Twitter Ads from 33 countries to more than 200• Represented Twitter EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) in global SMB brand development workshops, alongside senior personnel from across the company
