A project of this size required a dedicated champion to lead cross-functional teams in the implementation. I was responsible for rolling out the new dealer identity to 50 branches and corporate divisions over a two-year period. The branding initiative had a budget of $2.5 million and included signage, fleet vehicles, documents, merchandise, uniforms, and all marketing assets. -
