As Chief Clinical Solutions Officer, I am responsible for Paradigm’s outcomes-focused clinical solutions, including catastrophic, risk-based products and case management services.I previously served as Senior Vice President & General Manager, Clinical Solutions for Paradigm, where I oversaw clinical operations and service execution for the industry-leading provider of solutions for people with complex and catastrophic injuries and diagnoses. With over 20 years of experience in the health care and insurance industries, I have a unique combination of business and clinical knowledge of acute injuries in the workers’ compensation industry. Prior to joining Paradigm, I spent 10 years at The Hartford, leading medical strategy across multiple lines of business, including workers’ comp and disability, which provided me insight into catastrophic injury cases. Earlier in my career, I practiced as a registered nurse and was a nurse case manager in the workers’ compensation industry, giving me firsthand knowledge of nurse case management, in addition to my insurance background.
