I am pleased to work with a great team at the National Behavioral Consortium, an invitation-only trade associations for top-tier Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) across the country. I am chair of the Marketing and Social Media group and facilitate the Town Hall meeting each month where we discuss current issues and challenges in the EAP field. I also publish articles on workplace mental health issues on behalf of our members.

I am proud to be the Founder of KGA, Inc., a top-tier EAP and Work Life Program. I started the company in 1982 after seeing a need for a more high-touch solution for employees and managers who were experiencing personal and professional issues. The EAP includes training for managers, welling programs, benefit integration, program promotion, and crisis response. KGA’s self-service platform makes it easy for employees and household members to access immediate services.KGA is best known for a highly personal and premium EAP and work-life services. KGA strives to make the EAP visible to all employees and household members for maximum engagement. The counselors follow up with each individual to make sure the service was what he or she needed. In additional to virtual and face-to-face counseling, KGA helps with stress management, substance abuse, family issues, legal problems, child care, special needs, elder care, and financial concerns. There are also many evidence-based treatment options that focus on life’s milestones and curveballs.
