Responsibilities included business development, execution and evaluation of consulting projects related to Regulatory Compliance (The Joint Commission and CMS), Nursing Operations and Quality Improvement and Nursing Leadership Development and Education.

Served as Project Leader and Principal Consultant responsible for implementing a Care Management Program including restructuring the hospital operations around a Service Line model, reorganizing the Case Management Department and providing Clinical Decision Support processes and tools.

Administrative responsibility for acute patient care including, Surgical Services, Cardiology Services, Medicine Services, Critical Care Services, Women’s Services, Acute Rehabilitation, Home Health Care and Behavioral Health. Responsible for a budget of $368M and 1,324 FTE's.
