Supervised and trained the Mall Accountants in the administration of their locations' payroll and employee benefits. Managed the lease compliance function for the company's portfolio of shopping centers, tenant sales reports, aging reports, accounts payable and the corporate and partnership filings. Company size during these years peaked in 2001 at 267 employees company wide (corporate office and 5 shopping mall offices).
