I focus on providing opportunities for students to have meaningful experiences that enable them to develop career readiness, self-awareness and self-sufficiency as they explore and pursue career options. In this role, I endeavor to provide space and agency for our students to find their unique voices and connect to future employers who align with their goals. My team and I develop collaborative partnerships with targeted global, national, and regional employers/alumni to connect students to actionable career information and viable job opportunities. As part of this commitment, I initiate and facilitate corporate recruiting, develop and maintain employer relationships.Curiosity and creativity are critical components of developing and presenting training programs to students as well as 1:1 career coaching sessions. As a member of the Career Collective, NACE, CEIA, NCWIT, and Military and Veterans Coalition, I put in the individual work on myself and our team to ensure that our students receive the most up-to-date insight that I can provide.
