Through new alliances, partner engagement, talent development and a new business strategy, we became the top performing unit in the world based on revenue, profit, and share gain, including 26% ytoy growth (7x market growth rate) and 100% employee retention. Partnerships helped us drive new logo wins and solution sales. A clarification of our multi-channel route strategy including resellers; direct and technical sellers; and telesales centers helped increased sales coverage. While this high-volume business experienced extraordinary challenges at times, we increased client satisfaction and employee morale.
