Primarily responsible for all office administration and coordination. Communication with all clients, families of clients plus staff. Scheduling of union and non-union staff. Formed a strong bond with all staff to create a team mentality, was an integral part of the Summit Program, a first of its kind in this area to serve persons with brain injuries.

Primarily responsible for extensive interaction with homeowners via phone to trouble shoot, problem solve, answer information inquiries, co-ordinate service appointments and follow up to ensure 100% homeowner satisfaction. Completed an intensive two day customer service training program with a one day follow up training session. Completed company Pre-Delivery training. Responsible for educating homeowners on building practice and homeowner responsibility. Completed company On-site Administration training and worked closely with Construction Supervisor and all trades related to building residential homes.

Integral part of the whole project, in dealings with the City of Kitchener, Building Department, preparing the land for building use, prepared and maintained the construction office, acted as sales associate, site supervisor, pre delivery representative. Built strong rapport with all residents and was acknowledged by both Old Mill Partnership and residents for great work at completion of project with Farewell Party.
