With over 25 years in the financial industry, she has held senior executive roles at leading institutions, including BlackRock, Vanguard, Morgan Stanley, Zurich Financial Services Group, and private equity firms.Kathy brings deep expertise in investment products, having served as Head of Vanguard’s U.S. ETF Product Management team and structured and marketed more than 30 funds in private equity and public markets. Her portfolio includes iShares and Vanguard ETFs, spanning smart beta, fixed income, thematic, currency-hedged, and real estate strategies.Kathy's leadership experience also includes acting as interim CEO/CFO for a portfolio company, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, and holding a seat on Vanguard’s five-person Institutional Sales Executive Committee. Throughout her career, Kathy has managed diverse functional groups encompassing product management, strategy and business intelligence, financial operations, sales enablement, and investor relations—a breadth of expertise developed through her earlier chief of staff roles supporting senior executives.An MBA graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, she has previously held FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and earned certifications in Machine Learning and DeFi: The Future of Finance.
