The model included automatic data entry from plant meteorological towers through modem or network connection. Extensive documentation package included: user's and programmer's manuals, software requirement specification, detailed design manual, verification and validation document and acceptance test plan.• Design and programming of WEBS, a Visual Basic program that automated Emergency Broadcast System messages for radiological emergencies and natural disasters. • Programming of a user interface in Visual Basic for an air quality model, CalPuff, which predicts the emission of pollutants from power plants. • Design and programming of Win-Dose to model the diffusion of isotopes between rooms in a nuclear power plant. • Development of a noise model for the operation and construction of electric power generation facilities.
