As the leader of NHTI's Business Training Center (BTC), I develop employer partnerships to address workforce development needs in the business, health care, manufacturing, technology, and nonprofit industries. Through customized employee training programs for individual employers to open enrollment training programs for individual community members, my goal is to offer training programs that lead to industry recognized credentials, promotions, employment, and other means of filling the workforce pipeline. Trainings such as apprenticeships offer "earn while you learn" opportunities in multiple industry areas and microcredential trainings provide verified documentation of acquired skills and knowledge.

Supervise and administer a vibrant outreach program which fosters student involvement in the local community and beyond while providing services to any populations who might not otherwise have access to those services. Coordinate collaborative relationships with local charitable organizations and develop volunteer outreach opportunities. Oversee the Missionary Society, the oldest service organization in the history of the school and cultivate student leaders through engagement with community partner projects . Work collaboratively with faculty, coaches, advisers, staff and students to ensure that service requirements are met and students are fully engaged in service to the greater good.
