Completed a range of projects across Palestine and Timor Leste. Successfully advised multiple governments on securing foreign investment through building trust quickly and creating compelling cases for investment. Highlights include:• Determined the competitiveness of Palestinian firms in the West Bank and Gaza compared to other developing countries in terms of quality, price and service. Identified key sectors for investment. o Conducted interviews with 40+ private sector representatives, government officials and experts in food processing, wood industries, IT, textiles and garments to improve competitiveness. o Successfully liaised with senior Israeli and Palestinian private sector firms to promote investment and economic growth in West Bank and Gaza. • Delivered Small Enterprises project in Timor Leste to promote trade and investment in an unstable political environment. Turned around a $7.5M project under threat of cancellation. Advised Government on use of grants ranging in value from $250,000 - $500,000.
