Due to the sale of Eckerd Corporation to 2 drug store chains, IT was outsourced to IBM on February 1st 2005 to complete the transition of data and information to the major purchaser. Job responsibilities remained the same.

Developed in-house Oracle Lease Manager System encompassing requirements gathering, utilizing Oracle Developer Suite, performing unit/system testing, obtaining user acceptance/signoff, deployment and implementation of application. Created and maintained documentation pertaining to the project. Implementation of the Lease Manager System automated the lease management functions for the Real Estate Department as well as the calculation of percentage rent for the General Ledger department. Gathered business requirements from the business partners for large projects as well as day to day support and system enhancements. Created user manuals to assist business partners in the use and functionality of the Lease Manager System. Conducted training sessions and created ‘How To’ manuals on new tool usage and features for IT team members to increase productivity. Provided production support on both the mainframe and client server platforms to ensure business partner satisfaction.
