These focus on: communicating significant changes, conducting sessions to build understanding of local change implications, facilitating the assignment of employees to appropriate roles, and consulting to create action plans that effectively create change.Coach and guide OCM regional team members, as well as local team members including Subject Matter Experts, Super Users and site OCM leaders regarding Organizational Change deliverables. Provide consulting as needed to ensure sustainment of change and ongoing process improvement once BT capabilities are deployed
