Kathy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology at Caldwell College in New Jersey and completed her ASCP-MT internship at St. Michael’s Medical Center, Newark, NJ. For several years, she worked as a medical technologist and later held the position as a Blood Bank Supervisor. She decided to continue her education and specialize in Cytotechnology. She completed her internship at Miami University with ASCP-MT, CT certification. Currently she works as a Cytotechnologist at HNL Lab Medicine where she has extensive experience in FNA/core biopsy procedures and screening GYN and Non-GYN specimen cases.
