Senior Assistant Vice President
Current• Lead initiatives, deliverables, and solutions for technology initiatives, curating training paths in partnership with subject-matter experts from various lines of business and instructional design; ensuring training meets the desired learning objectives and required approvals are obtained• Contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables; serve as a key role in helping the team strategize on initiatives to increase user demand, improve learner experience, and meet business needs• Manage implementation of complex learning and development solutions through in the moment consultation, facilitation, or coaching sessions to ensure effectiveness of business and managerial styles• Lead day-to-day project tasks and complex people development initiatives, managing implementation of development strategies and solutions• Apply knowledge of all aspects of learning and development across many business disciplines to leverage the interconnectivity of various learning solutions and demonstrate the business impact of recommended solutions• Resolve issues to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals• Lead projects and teams and serve as a mentor• Partner with key partners, serve as the business liaison for identification, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management of training vendors to support recommended solutions• Consult with business leaders, human resource partners, instructional design team and management to develop an appropriate and essential learning path to guide the development of overarching learning plan the drives business unit performance
