Coordinated with Asian Games OC to process 140+ player badges and 700+ staff badges, scheduled 90+ event transportation, managed 20+ logistics staffs and volunteers, communicated with 17 team officials to ensure they complete the game smoothly.

- Executed credential plan through managing accreditation master list, managing accreditation tent on site and distributing 4,800+ athlete, official, media and volunteer credentials- Served as liaison between organizing committee and transportation company to schedule arrival and departure airport transport for teams and officials.
