Led a team of up to 95 associates. Built a team focused on driving decisions on need periods for marketing, fee for service for franchise hotels, center of excellence for managed hotels and steward to data health & technology projects for the enterprise. Changed the strategic business model for revenue subscription service to cost neutral for the company while driving revenue and share for hotels. Led the largest single deployment of revenue system technology for 4,500 economy hotels, from the needs assessment to actual program rollout.

Reported to the President, America’s and Global Head of Revenue Management, accountable for all managed Hilton properties, Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, Doubletree and Embassy Suites Hotels representing $4.5B in room and more than $1B in catering revenue. Led a team of 12 Regional Directors to lead the industry in revenue and innovation. • Partnering with sales to drive revenue strategy, pricing, competitive knowledge and market performance, group positioning, and channel management for hotels ranging from 90 to 2,860 rooms in 17 countries. Also aided hotels to source and train site directors.• Led a commercial focus group for the Americas comprised of Group Sales, IBT/Leisure Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Distribution and Brands for the sole purpose of driving revenue by aligning both market segments and distribution channels and leveraging Hilton brands and contribution engines.• Held and grew a market share premium more than 10% more than fair share.

Owned and Managed Hotels in Eastern US, Canada, Latin & South America.Led a team of 4 Regional Directors accountable for all facets of revenue management for 115 owned and managed full service hotels in 16 countries with room revenue of $2.5B+ annually. Charged with increasing revenues and market share for hotels and monitoring pricing and business mix strategies. Business lead and project manager for the Group and Catering Revenue Management project enabling hotels to forecast revenues and provide analytics on catering demand and function space revenue, productivity and occupancy for larger managed hotels covering $530M in catering revenue and 66% of the full service revenues.Member of the Corporate Revenue Management steering committee determining future direction and priorities for all managed and franchised full service hotels, and brands.
