• Developed and maintained case manager and clinical support systems, both programmatic and direct clinical nurse support, to serve the organization's assisted living (AL) locations in 18 states (policies, procedures, assessment and resident care plans to support changes in conditions, training materials,, interpreted state AL and Board of Nursing regulations, EMR, quality standards and metrics).• Transitioned 86 AL communities to consistent healthcare levels of care and ancillary charges over the course of one year resulting in a profitable year after three years of multi-million dollars losses. • Prepared and co-developed EMR for AL and supported implementation.• Worked with contracted service to develop and deliver inaugural telehealth support service for AL.
