Earned and received my Certified Administrative Professional certification from IAAP in 2006, which is not an easy test to pass. In 2015, passed the specialty certification for my Organizational Management to accompany my CAP. Currently studying various Microsoft programs to take the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) tests.Ability to appear professional and calm in stressful times/situations is not an easy task. Everyone receives customer service regardless of their status: customer or co-worker. Like to be a team player and assist my fellow co-workers and have been noted as the "go-to" person in the department. If I don't know the answer, I will direct you to someone who might. We all know that the small things can get us: pen quit working, where do you find the paper for the copy machine? where can you find this form? Attempting to have my co-workers day go as smooth administratively as possible by organizing forms electronically in one central location, keeping office supplies stocked or streamline a process are some of the small things that can go unnoticed but are appreciated just the same.
