I was responsible for the co-ordination of multiple national facilities contracts for all Westfield centres in the Australian portfolio with a focus on the tendering, negotiation and management of goods andservice contracts. I provided recommendations regarding selected suppliers and negotiated with them the “best price” achievable without compromising Westfield standards. I negotiated key deliverables and time frames for the implementation of recommendations. I was responsible for the design and tender process for the implementation of the new Corporate Wardrobe. I reported on results and I managed the internal on-line contractor register.

I was responsible for the fit out of new Accor Hotels and refurbishment of existing hotels in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Pacific. I provided ongoing FF&E support to hotel based staff. I prepared FF&E budgets, tender documentation briefs and analysis tender responses. I was responsible for negotiating and monitoring FF&E supply contracts and achieving FF&E budgets and ensuring project completion dates were met. I liaised with architects, project managers and interior designers to ensure conformity with brand operational requirements. I worked with National Procurement Managers in the selection of Accor FF&E preferred suppliers and ensuring contractcompliance. I adhered to all brand standards and I managed the FF&E Project Administrator.

I was responsible for all function and restaurant reservations in the Argyle Centre comprising of 7 function and restaurant facilities catering for approx., 1000 guests. I converted incoming enquires from the following business sectors: corporate, conference, inbound and social. I conducted site inspections and preparing written quotations. I was responsible for managing and providing training for a number of staff and all restaurant bookings and functions. I completed weekly sales report and yearly sales and marketing strategies for each venue.
