This 3-month research project was set-up to respond to a gap in training for graduates. I undertook in-depth research with organisations to identify what they want from their graduates and worked with a service provider to develop a new business tools for the recruitment and selection process.

Joining Workchoice Trust in its second year of operation, I was responsible for securing sponsorship and supporting the 350 companies who hosted10,000 registered students nationwide at the Workchoice Day event. I also made sure that companies and students were prepared for the day.

At Lampen Group, my role was to provide permanent consultancy for the finance and banking sector.

As personnel manager for British employees based in the Negev Desert in Ovda, Israel, I was responsible for the attraction, sourcing and selection processes involved in the recruitment of employees from the United Kingdom. I managed their induction and created organisational conditions to ensure they achieved at the highest levels and were motivated to do so.

I worked with the event management team to produce the annual London Fashion Exhibition.
