Certified Conversation Facilitator, leading small group discussions around topics that may be difficult and uncomfortable in order to assist participants in growing their experiences and mindsets, ensuring communication with dignity and respect for all.

Temporary reassignment for interchange project with DHS for COVID-19 relief. Led training team to survey workers and duties performed, worked with managers and staff to develop training plans, supervised training team to ensure quality and timely product. Developed and delivered weekly statewide trainings to medical and health care providers on current topics regarding the Wisconsin Immunization Registry for duration of interchange. Attendees ranged from 300-1100 participants.
