I focus my practice on clients whose business and financial interests require sophisticated counsel for discovery, negotiations and potential court representation. My experience includes cases with business and asset valuation issues; custody; prenuptial agreements and maintenance disputes; mediation; Collaborative Law; hidden or non-marital property matters; and all areas of general family law.When children are involved, I set myself apart through strong advocacy of custody, support and parenting agreements that meet long-term needs. I am Board Certified as a Family Law Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. However, litigation is not the solution for every client.
