Our personalised services aim to find the best within each trainee, encouraging their personal and professional development while far from home.As company director, my role is overseeing all of our company operations and ensuring high levels of communication within my team. This includes:- Strategically matching trainees to work placement opportunities - Partnering with Irish host families and providing training in integrating trainees so they can experience a warm 'home-away-from-home' environment- Sharing our expertise regarding EU Mobility Schemes such as Erasmus+- Arranging English training from one to four weeks with accredited English schools- Arranging cultural outings to Ireland's finest landmarks and attractions - Consistently evaluating intern well-being and work performance with trainees and employers- Offering comprehensive welcome orientation to trainees on arrival and follow up training
