• Supervise the parts order entry and parts shipping department. Solely responsible for 4 people. This was done to help prevent lost/misplaced/stalled rail containers, tracking 50 to 100+ containers per day.• Responsible for scheduling delivery at final destination with end consignee, Freight delivery needed to be scheduled in a timely manner preventing any storage fees at the rail yard, containers needed to be clean of any debris before returning to railroad to prevent additional fees• Contact manufacturer, railroad and end consignee with any irregularity or problems
