Prior to Perma Pure Group/Maxtec, Kathy held various leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific as well as operational roles at Illumina and Deloitte. Today, she sits on several boards that reflect her passion areas. Kathy is Vice-Chairman of the EvoNexus Board of Directors, California's leading technology incubator and think tank for medical innovation, and a member of Chief, a network of senior executive women leading companies across the U.S. In addition, she holds the Non-Executive Director seat on the board of HWM, a company focused on water and wastewater monitoring with a mission to save natural resources, energy and cost. Kathy loves to travel, explore and learn, and enjoys all watersports.
