Kathy's role is to lead a multi-faceted team of workplace professionals to partner with our Client in order to achieve the potential of their corporate real estate portfolio and meet their business goals. The 120 person team represents the echo system of the workplace including Workplace Technologies (including IWMS/CAFM solutions, IoT and BI), Workplace Strategy and Experience, Interior Design and Move Management.The Workplace Solutions team focuses on confronting challenges by leveraging real estate as a strategic enabler to help reduce costs, digitize the workplace, and manage the cultural shift across generations with employee experience at the forefront. Our approach includes effectively building a strategy of transformation by developing workplace programs that support organizations to work collaboratively, considering Real Estate, Technology and Human Resources needs.

Responsible for the delivery of Workplace services for several telecommunication, banking and pharmaceutical clients. Leading a team of workplace professionals who provide technical solutions for clients who wish to effectively optimize their real estate and create an amazing employee experience. The goal: To help lead and guide clients to appropriate solutions through knowledge and research, products, and applications capabilities; analyze workplace and corporate real estate pattern; bring necessary resources to bear inclusive of design, research, tools & technology, change management and strategy to ensure the best possible solution is achieved.Key Responsibilities:Establish Direction: Develop the vision and strategies to achieve that vision; set and communicate the long term strategy and ensure that the short term goals, objectives and tasks are aligned and adjusted in anticipation and in response to outside forces and internal changes that impact the workplace vision.Alignment & Commitment: Build consensus and gain commitment behind the vision and direction. Strategically and tactically plan and support the management of space related to the Toronto Site and CS&S global sites for Bombardier's commercial aircraft division.Working with all levels of management to understand the structure, operational and business requirements in order to effectively define, develop and support the implementation of an integrated facilitiy plan.

Responsible for day to day activities within the Plant Engineering department for the Toronto Site location. Space Planning, Interior Design, Relocation Management and Client Relationship Management for over 1 million sq. ft.

Provided interior design services for several clients including Deloitte and Touche Canada. Responsible for selection of finishes, working drawings, client liaison and relocation services.
