During this time, I Ms. developed the company’s DFW Project Leasing team, growing the Agency portfolio from 400,000 square feet to four million square feet in two years and, more importantly, successfully leasing the portfolio which included the following assets: Occidental Tower, PS Business Parks Royal Tech Portfolio, 3 & 4 Park Central, and Beal Bank.
