I am passionate about inclusive cultures and ethical practices, mental health and wellbeing. With more than 17 years in management roles for blue-chip companies such as Orange, EE, Ove Arup and Rabobank, I have led a number of ground-breaking programmes that have made real step-changes in how companies act and behave. I have a proven track-record in delivering high-level strategic roadmaps and campaigns in the diversity & inclusion, wellbeing and corporate responsibility spaces; and a wealth of experience in challenging ideas and facilitating discussions.Not one to shy away from a challenge, I love being a driver of change and have helped businesses to understand and embrace inclusive cultures and ethical practices throughout my career. I bring an authentic mindset that encourages collaborative learning, and I am a skilled facilitator with a strong set of values and beliefs. I have had feedback that my calm, friendly and approachable style creates a psychologically safe environment where every individual can feel at ease and be themselves. Naturally curious, I have always enjoyed working across a broad range of sectors - private, public and non-profit - and enjoy the challenges of discovering how different sectors work. This includes financial services, engineering, infrastructure, telecoms, sales and marketing, e-commerce, retail, publishing, local authority and charity.I am currently involved in a number of consultancy projects that connect my experiences of diversity and inclusion and wellbeing in the corporate world.
