• Oversees high volume onboarding of 1500 global workforce members annually. • Manages the overall day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program through partnerships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) and global vendors; performs tasks associated with selection, procurement, onboarding and off boarding. • Oversees and assist hiring managers with opening requisitions in ATS and Vendor requisition tool. • Supports the integrity of employee records and Human Resources data in Oracle and ADP; enters new employee information, processes employee global transfers and terminations. • Facilitates weekly New Hire Orientation for groups of 30+ domestic and offshore new hires; collaborates with IT to ensure new hires can login to their equipment on their first day of work. • Coordinates and communicates with internal stakeholders – Talent Acquisition, IT, HRIS, Training, HR Operations and Legal to provide an effective employee onboarding experience. • Creates and maintains SOPs for Corporate Onboarding processes. • Maintains compliance with I-9 Records and E-Verification requirements; ensures I-9 processing is in compliance at all times.• Partners with Compliance to provide requested documentation for monthly audits. • Collaborates with employees and HRIS to administer and maintain mandatory compliance training. • Supports Human Resources projects around implementing new technology and improving Human Resources processes by participating in requirements gathering, process design, testing and launch activities.
