Re-assigned to lead the transition of a team from another division of the University into eSolutions, including the embedding of standard operational processes, definition of processes for operational and tactical workflow, establishing metrics and reporting on performance of the unit, and providing leadership to a team of around 10 digital staff with skills in web content management, social media, quality assurance and digital design.

Assigned specifically to the role to lead the requirements identification, business case, analysis, vendor selection of Deakin's first enterprise mobile application - Deakin Mobile. The role also project managed the 'Worldly App Competition', which saw 300 mobile app ideas submitted by students. The role also facilitated user requirements elicitation for future mobile applications.

Brought in to design and implement the ITIL Problem Management process within the organisation, my role involved gathering stakeholder requirements, documenting and validating the organisation's Problem Management process, implementing this within the existing toolset and training practitioners. During this time, a set of metrics and KPIs was also introduced which demonstrated a reduction in open Problems.

Skills required in CSS, HTML, XHTML, PHP, Smarty, PHPDoc etc. Other tasks include SMS integration, graphics work, database design, SQL.
